I never got the typical car salesman feeling which is refreshing because when I am spending $30,000.00 I do not like feeling like I am being scammed, I understand you are in the business of selling cars and I know it's going to cost me money but I like to think / feel that I am not being cheated or that once the sale is final you won't want to see me again. Brandon helped me find a car I was happy with and that I could afford and then he introduced me to the service staff and showed me their new facilities. I also received a follow up call from him and an email from Cary the manager to be sure that I was indeed happy with the car and the experience. We left Toyota and went to check out the Honda CRV. The Honda salesman could not meet my monthly payment limits for a purchase or lease. We returned that day to Toyota where Chris sat down with us immediately to work the numbers. At first he could not arrive at a payment low enough for my budget, but when Chris suggested a FWD model (which I actually preferred for better MPG) he came up with a lease payment we could afford, along with a down payment we could manage. Absolutely no pressure, no stress. My first new car. What a great experience. More
