After a few bad experiences at other dealerships it felt great to have a good one. After going to several dealerships with the intent of just getting information, which seemed to mean that my time was not w great to have a good one. Joe Orlando was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not pressure me at all. To my surprise I ended up leaving with a new car because I felt they listened to my concerns and treated me correctly. Not pushy when going over numbers and was introduced to sales manager Jim Pederson who was not pushy either but helped me get a deal I feel was very fair. I would highly recommend this dealerships! Deron Clayton met me at the door and was all smiles and eager to assist me. I havent had much Toyota experience other than hearing about them being reliable. We sat, and discussed my needs and budget, and as a consultant, Deron, recommended the best choice of vehicle that would suit me. Deron showed me the benefits of buying a Toyota, and explained all the features and options to me in PLAIN ENGLISH. He was very patient, pleasant, and helpful. He knew everything about Toyotas! We settled on the color I liked, and the value of my trade. I was introduced to sales manager, Daniel Velez, and he helped me get to my monthly payment bugdet rather easily and trouble free. And the best part was, I never had the feeling of being pressured!
