Just Bought a Brand New Toyota Prius package 4 Black and couldn't be anymore please with my purchase and the Staff. Fleet Sales Manager Matt Shulte was more than accommodating in helping us decide, choose, and located the perfect car for my parents. Just like the rest of us my parents are getting older, which means the process of picking out a vehicle takes some patience to say the least. I Highly recommend anyone looking into buying a car to definitely go see the professionals at Miller Toyota Anaheim. Best of all zero frustration because there was no need to haggle! Before seeing Matt in Fleet sales I visited 4 other toyota dealerships and was quoted anywhere from $500 to $1500 more on the same exact color/make/model that Matt hunted down for me and had delivered from another dealership!!!! More

I just bought a prius at Miller and cannot be more pleased. The quality, price and customer support could not have been better. While every Miller employee I encountered is courteous, professional, ex pleased. The quality, price and customer support could not have been better. While every Miller employee I encountered is courteous, professional, expertly knowledgable and pleased to be of help; I wish to single out for special praise, the people who worked most directly with me. First is Raul C. my salesman who went to extra effort to find the exact model and features I wanted, even to the extent of the color. Next is Jesse W. who spent more than two hours with me explaining the exact use and function of the vast array of features on my car; including many follow-up phone calls to his private cell phone asking for more information. Next is NIle V., the Finance Manager; providing us with a clear and excellent price including extra features and benefits, we hadn't even thought of. A great price, extended warranty for eight years, in addition the Dealership free maintenance service for two years. Next is Sergio V., Assistant Sales Manager who must have gone out of his way at least 10 or 15 times during out purchase and follow up visit making sure we got answers to every inquiry; summoning his staff specialists whenever expert knowledge was required. Finally, Juan G., the General Sales Manager stepped in to help whenever he could help and made his office open to me whenever I wanted to see him. Miller is a find organization with friendly, helpful, knowledgable people who stand out for their determination to help, please and guarantee satisfied customers. I would recommend anyone to go there. Even today, I recommended Miller Toyota to a stranger in a chance encounter in a parking lot who asked a question about my Prius and how I liked it. Went to the Dealership to shop for a new Toyota. Steve Kober, salesman, was very helpful, spending time with us to test drive a Prius V and Rav 4 and answer all of our questions. I was Looking for used Corolla with Warranty, I visited Many Dealers in orange county I got either a high prices or bad customer service, Finally a friend at work recommended Miller Toyota Anaheim to me si Many Dealers in orange county I got either a high prices or bad customer service, Finally a friend at work recommended Miller Toyota Anaheim to me since he had a good experience with them, I went there and I met the sales guy Mark Attalla, he was really friendly person, he show me a lot of cars, I thought my budget will not be enough for these nice low mileage ,but he was very understanding and got me a very good deal in corolla 2008 with full warranty and he give low interest even it was my first time buy finance car..overall i'm very satisfied with my car and the deal price. My husband and I were looking for a 2012 Prius Plug-in in Winter Gray Metallic. We called over 20 dealers in Southern California and were thrilled when Toyota of Anaheim said they had the car in their storag Winter Gray Metallic. We called over 20 dealers in Southern California and were thrilled when Toyota of Anaheim said they had the car in their storage lot. We went in that evening and spent over 4 hours filling out paper work and beginning the process of purchasing the car. They informed us that they were unable to get the car out of storage that evening but assured us they had the car and we could see it in the morning. We left when the stored closed and made an appointment when it opened the next morning to see the car and complete the necessary paperwork. When we arrived the next morning they told us they wouldn't be able to get the car out until around noon. We live in Long Beach, which they were well aware of by this point, and we found it a little rude not to call us to let us know they wouldn't be ready for us until the afternoon; we did have to drive 30 minutes to get there. We went home to get other errands done and received a call from Aly, the sales manager who we had been working with. He called to let us know they no longer had the car! We were frustrated and confused to say the very least; our time and hopes had been wasted. He also told us the car was sold out all across Southern California, he said he had personally called all the dealerships and there were none in stock. Furious, we began to call dealerships on our own and within an hour found 2 in Thousand Oaks. He had lied to us a second time. We will never go back to this dealership and feel people should be aware that if they do not see the car do not believe for a second that they "have it in storage." Perhaps this was a mistake on our part, to begin filling out paperwork for a car we had not seen, but is it so much to ask to be an honest individual and not waste the time of your customers. It is worth your time going to a near by dealership, this dealership is awful! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND LIED TO MORE THAN ONCE! More
