This was probably the best experience i have had with a dealership so far. I usually try to stay away from dealerships because i dont like being pressured to buy by a salesman. I cannot say enough to properly thank Ressler service dept. I was stuck with a locked up steering wheel and ignition. After 45 min of trying to free up the wheel I called for help. Well, I brought my BMW into the shop because I had noticed a small oil leak, and I wanted to be proactive on the repair. Turns out that I had a cracked valve cover, which they gladly showed me. Luckily they had an account with a BMW dealership in Idaho, and could order my parts on credit initially, saving me time. I'm glad to report that I got my car back today, and I'm for sure going to bring it back for all of my other repairs. I'd also like to mention that the service people called me and told me my options before just ordering the part, called me when they had successfully ordered it, called me when it got in and then called me when it was all done. I'm pretty impressed with the customer service. More
