I have NEVER been treated so well by a dealership before my visit to Tufankjian! Bob Wilfand was friendly, accommodating, thoughtful and really worked hard to stay in my price range. This is my 7th Toyota, but the first one I purchased at Tufankjian. I wish they had been in that location in Braintree when I purchased all my other Toyotas! I would highly recommend Tufankjian and Bob to everyone! I will look forward to my regularly scheduled maintenance visits and will definitely return when it's time for a new Toyota and also when I need to get a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. Wandered into this dealership on Monday 3/5/12 to look at and test drive a Camry Hybrid to replace an aging BMW that had a thirst for premium fuel. We took the description of the car and decided to keep shopping. After visits to other dealers we ended up back at this dealership and leaving a deposit for the car. It arrived on 2/12 and we picked it up that afternoon. The finance guy managed to get a better rate a local bank than we had shopped for using both Toyota and Bank of America. The registation was processed and picked up the following day and the car was inspected. I have bought many cars in my life and the folks at Tufanjgian (toyota of Braintree) made the experience alot less painless than I could have anticipated. Based on this experince I would recommend this dealership and would return. More
