This dealer is very close to the Braintree train station. It's very convenient for people, especially who has no car, to get there. The place is big and clean. I shopped many car dealerships in my area, drove many different brands over a two month period. I decided to purchase a Toyota Corolla at this dealership based on my research, after driving many other brands and obtaining the best offer from Toyota of Braintree. Sunny Ahuja was very helpful with this process and gave me the opportunity to make a truly informed decision based on my wants and needs and I am looking forward to our continued positive relationship. I had heard that Toyota of Braintree was a highly rated Toyota dealership and that they did not resort to "high pressure tactics". I first called Dave Tufankjian, one of the owners, who went to school with my daughter. He said to come in and he would set me up with one of their salesmen. Upon arriving, Dave greeted me in their brand new showroom and introduced me to Bob Wilfand, one of their twenty two salesmen. I told Bob that I'd been thinking about gettting a Prius II since one of my partners had bought one (also from Toyota of Braintree). Bob spent over an hour going over the benefits of owning the Prius II and we then went to their upstairs, indoor showroom, where over two hundred cars are available for purchase. There were over ten Prius's on the second floor and I settled on a "II" in silver but told Bob that my wife, Susan, wanted to look at them before signing anything. Susan drove up the next day and immediatly decided that the Pruis "V" was more suited to our needs as it is a bit longer and would store my golf clubs and cart more easily. So, on Saturday, we drive my 2007 Jeep (17 MPG) back to the showroom, traded it in and drove out with the brand new Prius "V" (42 MPG). Can't wait for the gas prices to go up! John Celesk, the records manager, had all of the paperwork ready for us to sign and we were on our way in less than one half hour. I would refer all of my friends and clients (I am part owner of a family insurance agency) to Toyota of Braintree. More
I had a very good experience with this dealership. They were very helpful in explaining everything in my new car. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years and was not surprised by the great treatment I received when I leased my 2012 Highlander SE. His attitude towards his customers is pleasing, low key, and extremely helpful. He explained everything in a manner which was encourageing and made me feel that my business was important to him and the dealership. Jessica was very helpful with the paperwork, her pleasant attitude put me at ease with what is usually a pressure packed process! Eric was pleasant as he explained all the options for the SE. All in all, as always, dealing with this dealership was a great experience, one I'll look forward to doing again in 3 years. By the way, the people in the service department are great too. I need to say that the service provided by the Toyota’s teams was exceptionally good in trading my old car by my beautiful new Corolla. The consulting approach I received from Mr. Eduardo Vivas was outstanding not just to choose the right vehicle for my family but also assuming a very professional position to value my old car. I did not feel any push to close the deal instead a felt a really interest to make me a client for the long run. Ms. Jessica Reed was very helpful in helping my wife and I to understand the benefits of the program that Toyota provide for the vehicle we acquired and the smart way to get value from our investment. Several months ago, our family van was having problems and by Christmas time we knew the reason...we had a cracked head gasket and it was going to be too costly to repair on such an old vehicle. We have been car hunting for some time and visited multiple dealers. Some were downright rude and will not get our business in the future, but we have been very happy with our experience with Toyota of Braintree. In particular, our salesman, Steve Lavanchy, has been extremely helpful and patient with us. He never pressured us to buy right away and we knew we wanted to come back and search for our next vehicle with Steve. We search several different vehicles and he managed to help us find the perfect one for us and our family budget. We love driving our 2009 Rav4 and know that it will serve us well into the future. Between my husband and I, this is our 4 Toyota product. Our experience with Walace in the financing end of things could not have gone smoother. He was very pleasant and helpful. We had been hoping to make our van last a little longer. But when that was not possible, this dealer eased our shopping experience, made it fun and less stressful with no pressure. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Steve in particular. More
