The staff at this dealer is extremely professional, patient, friendly, and upfront. There was never any pressure from Sales staff and they spend as much time with you as you need to get you what you wa patient, friendly, and upfront. I had been looking for a new car for quite some time but could not find anything that wowed me enough to give up my old car (Subaru Outback). I mentioned to my husband I was interested in maybe looking at a RAV4. Without my knowledge my husband stopped at Tufankjian Toyota to browse. He was greeted by Stacy Johnson who showed him a few cars. When he came home he told me where he had gone and he thought the sales person was very nice and easy to work with. A few days later we took a ride back to Tufankjian Toyota. When we got there, Stacy was there, he came over and greeted my husband and I and our 2 ½ year old daughter. Stacy remembered my husband and took us right to the RAV4’s. We then took a test drive. Which in our case was a few test drives because having our daughter with us, my husband and I took separate rides so one of us could stay with her. My husband loved the car, so we decided to go over pricing. Stacy patiently worked on pricing with us. Never was he aggressive or pushy. We left that evening thinking we were going to buy the RAV4. However, after thinking about it I really did not like it as much as my husband. The next morning Stacy called me to follow up on the sale. I then told him I really don’t think the RAV4 was for me and I wanted to look at some other cars. I felt terrible, like I wasted his time. But he was so nice about everything and we arranged to come back in that night and look again. Again, me, my husband and my daughter showed up at the dealership. So again, Stacy let us take separate test drives. Stacy was prepared to let us drive several cars/models. This time we started off driving a Camry. Obviously Stacy was listening very well during all of our conversations, because after both me and my husband drove the first car we decided there was no need to drive anymore. We loved it! Unfortunately the price was higher than we were wanted, so we were considering trying another Camry. We could not find anything we liked as much. So Stacy offered to sit down and go over some pricing with us. We never thought we would have been able to drive home the car we fell in love with. But after a lot of hard work and time we did! I have never worked with such a kind, patient and responsive sales person. I truly believe Stacy works to please every customer. My husband and I could not have been happier leaving the dealership knowing we would be coming back to pick up our NEW Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. The next morning Stacy called me to follow up as he did the first time, just to see if I had changed my mind again. I let him know I could not wait to come in and drive away with my new car! I am delighted to say it was a pleasure to work with Stacy from start to finish. He spent 3 days working with us, making sure we got exactly what worked for us. I look forward to referring my family and friends to him, I know they will be as pleased as I was. I must also mention the entire staff at Tufankjian Toyota was so friendly to my daughter during the entire time we were there. I look forward to my new Toyota and a new relationship with a standout dealership! More

I had been looking for a new car for weeks and after reviewing other dealerships and talking with family and friends, I decided to go to Tufankjian Toyota. Benson was polite, listened when I told him what I wanted and never tried to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. I have bought approximately 8 new cars over the years, and being a single woman I am always hesitant to go car shopping alone, but Benson was patient and caring, as were the rest of the employees. I picked-up my new car today and I'm thrilled. Benson took the time to show me how to set-up the radio, blue-tooth, CD player and walked me through all the 'gadgets' my new car has. I can't say enough about Benson and the entire staff at Tufankjian Toyota. My son and his wife have bought 2 cars there also and they encouraged me to go there and I'm glad I did.
