I am a first time new car buyer. I had been shopping around at a lot of different car dealerships when I walked into Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Eduardo Vivas sat down with me and we discussed why I around at a lot of different car dealerships when I walked into Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Eduardo Vivas sat down with me and we discussed why I was looking for a vehicle. At every step Eduardo explained all the options and the pros and cons for each decision. I had walked in with a pre-approval for financing with a ~7.5% APR. Eduardo consulted with the Finance Department and was able to secure me financing with a 1.9% APR and 0 money down!!! I went home with a quote for a couple of vehicles and did some research. I returned the following morning and said - let's do this! Eduardo took me upstairs to their MASSIVE garage of vehicles and I literally picked out the specific car I wanted to buy. While filling out paperwork with Eduardo he was extremely gracious and very informative about each part of the process. He was the perfect balance between letting me know why taking this or that option, or making this or that decision, would be beneficial, while not setting off my alarm that all he cared about was taking my money and sending me on my way. I was also taken care of by Mark McElroy, who worked to ensure that I was getting the best service. I was then passed off to Eric Francke who helped me pick out any options I was interested in and enrolled me in the free two year care program. He was polite, thoughtful, and generally a wonderful person. Next was finance. It couldn't have been more painless. John Celesk attended to securing the financing I had been quoted and completed putting together the final financing package as well as the possible service and warranty options. Like with everyone else I had dealt with he was careful and thoughtful in explaining everything to me and answering any of my questions. They told me I could pick up my new car in a couple of hours. In what seemed like no time at all they gave me a call. My new black 2012 Toyota Corolla was waiting for me. I stopped by the on-site service center to get my inspection sticker and I drove off, as happy as ever. The flow from Eduardo Vivas, to Eric Francke, to John Celesk, all assisted by Mark McElroy was wonderful. At each step I was being greeted by someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. It was all so effortless. I just want to thank the whole team at Tufankjian Toyota for making this first car buying experience not only painless but actually enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership, and these particular representatives to my close friends, family members, and probably complete strangers on the street. When I am ready for an upgrade, I will be returning here. Thanks! More

We just purchased a new 4Runner. My wife and I loved working with Benson. He was accomodating, honest and went out of his way to make us comfortable. I had been to many different local dealerships looking at various makes and models and got so put-off by the sales people, the pushy managers and lack of interest in what I was really looking for in a car th various makes and models and got so put-off by the sales people, the pushy managers and lack of interest in what I was really looking for in a car that I delayed buying a car for 4 months. When I finally decided to "get back on the horse" I was dreading the process but more mentally prepared. This preparation, however, was not needed once I walked into Toyota of Braintree. The sales person I had, Bob Wilfand, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was qouted a great price for the car and that, with a good offer on my trade-in, caused me to buy the car on the spot. The finance dept made the process of spending such a large sum of money much more bearable. I would highly recommend this delearship, and Bob Wilfand specifically, to anyone and everyone looking to buy a Toyota! More
An overall great experience from beginning to end. I went to go lease a new car and had never done it before, with Bob by my side everything was taken care of with ease. We not only found a Toyata dealership we will continue to use to buy our cars for years, but we made friends with people there that talked to us not just about cars but about family, sports and books ("The Fall River Dream", which I now have on order at the bookstore. We are so pleased with our new Sequoia and with our dealing with The folks at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree that we will do our best to send our friends and family to them when they are in the market for a new vehicle. I visited a few dealers but found them to be ambivalent about the deals they were offering - too much bantering and contradictory messages. Then I walked into Toyota Scion of Braintree... Kenny Tempro met me at the door and ushered me inside. No "glitzy" sales pitches or pressure. Kenny did more listening at first after he asked me what I was looking for. I had some “non-negotiables” for the car I was looking for. Kenny took me to the inventory, showed me a car that I fell in love with, and he did two things that really impressed me: 1. I told him what my budget limit was. He honored that and gave me a quote within my budget without hidden costs. 2. I told Kenny that I was pressed for time and he kept his eye on the clock to make sure he respected my schedule. Kenny introduced me to Finance Manager Wallace Langame. Together, these guys worked with me to help me get into the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I picked up the car today and the entire process was the most stress-free car purchase I have ever experienced. Needless to say, I highly recommend this dealership, and particularly, Kenny Tempro and Wallace Langame. More
