Tire repair to tire replacement I came to this dealership in the hopes my tire with a nail in it could be patched. The nail was way to close to the side wall. So it was time to repla I came to this dealership in the hopes my tire with a nail in it could be patched. The nail was way to close to the side wall. So it was time to replace all 4 tires. This happened during a difficult time for my family. My service adviser Megan Stroud was fantastic. She was very caring and understanding. I have to say thank you to the folks at this establishment. I love the fact you get a video showing what the inspection. Great staff, yummy cookies, and amazing atmosphere. More

Horrible customer service Came to get my tire fixed I had gotten a flat a mile away from cedar park location & I went there because I bought warranty when I purchased my car br Came to get my tire fixed I had gotten a flat a mile away from cedar park location & I went there because I bought warranty when I purchased my car brand new, they told me I needed 4 new tires, my tire was unrepairable and that they weren’t sure my tire would be covered under warranty. Finally when Steven xxxxface decided to call the warranty place my tire was covered, then come to find out, he called in for the wrong tire, and proceeded to tell me that’s all they had to take it or leave it. All the while he’s getting agitated for his mess up and the manager has to intervene from his lack of professionalism. I had been there over an hour so I took the wrong tire. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back to a Toyota dealership. This is the 3rd time Toyota has disappointed me in customer service. More

I’m dealing with some intense and difficult life situations and desperately needed my auto locks changed, but have no income. They helped me get the locks changed and changed my oil for me. Excellent Experience when I least expected it! I had to take my car in for (quite a few) recalls. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked up my car the next day, I felt like I I had to take my car in for (quite a few) recalls. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked up my car the next day, I felt like I was informed at every step and truly valued as a customer. I was immediately greeted by Jeanine and WOW what a great lady! Super personable through the entire process with every call to update me and even when saying goodbye! The video sent to me by the auto tech was the most helpful thing I have ever received when having a vehicle serviced.....I actually understood what they were recommending to be fixed because I could actually SEE it! Upon calling after viewing the video, Jeanine was able to tell me all pricing and wasn't pushy about what I should and shouldn't get fixed. The next day, Jeanine called me in the morning to let me know my vehicle was ready. You could hear the smile on her face! It was awesome. I showed up, turned in the car they lent me, and Jeanine checked me out. The whole check in and check out process were each less that ten minutes each but it made huge impact!.......and my car rides great now! Keep up the good work Toyota of Cedar Park! More

EXCELLENT Maintenance Visit I came in today for an early morning maintenance visit and Jeanine Sallemi was my service provider :) Early in the morning and she already had a huge I came in today for an early morning maintenance visit and Jeanine Sallemi was my service provider :) Early in the morning and she already had a huge smile on her face, friendly demeanor and positive attitude. She kindly showed me to the waiting area, told me that my car would be washed and informed me of the beverages available. She was so helpful and explained to me what i needed to get fixed and what they had done for the day. I LOVE how friendly, funny and helpful she was!!
