was ready to lease a camry. was told to come back next day to write up the purchase of sales with the loan officer. We showed up 10min prior to the meeting only to wait 1 1/2 hrs to talk to someone that day to write up the purchase of sales with the loan officer. We showed up 10min prior to the meeting only to wait 1 1/2 hrs to talk to someone that never have delt with a lease. asked questions he did not know how to answer. left the place very upset. they tried to deal with us by lowering the price, we only wanted our deposit back..after 2 days of hassle they tell us we have to wait 10 days to get our deposit back!
