Lindsay Driver was a good sales person to deal with. She was accommodating, flexible, and friendly. She was knowledgable about the cars on the lot and offered information regarding each model. She was patient and did not pressure any part of the sale. She is an asset to this dealership.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. No pressure tactics. Everyone answered all of our questions and concerns. Heath was our primary contact. He spent a lot of time making sure we had all the information we needed and wanted. The dealership was very accommodating in getting the exact make and model of the vehicle we wanted at a great price. We recommend Toyota of Dothan to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price and wanting to deal with extremely helpful staff.

This was my first experience with looking for a vehicle. Mr. Gowan was very helpful and knowledgable in assisting me. He worked very hard to find a vehicle that would best fit my price range and style. Though the process was long, Mr. Gowan made it a smooth and joyful one. He showed the up most expression of professionalism, while still being able to make a connection with the customer. My name is Jessica Hightower. I purchased my first Toyota Camry about 5 months ago and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Woodrow Dean. I was pleased with Mr.Dean and everyone at Toyota of Dothan. On 4/24 I was involved in a bad accident which totaled my vehicle out. The last 2 weeks has been very stressful dealing with insurances and everything else that comes along with a wreck physically and emotionally. Being my vehicle was totaled and I had to purchase another one I of course called Mr. Dean to assist me in this. Mr.Dean worked with my insurance company and after 2 days of working on it and searching he found the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and I was getting what I wanted. Altho this has been a stressful time I could not be happier with my purchase and it was definately a pleasure to work with Mr.Woodrow Dean again and all of Toyota of Dothan's employees. I would definately recommend Woodrow Dean to anyone and I will definately be back again at Toyota of Dothan again for any future purchases. Thank you all for your help!!

I truly enjoyed working with Toyota of Dothan and more specifically Josh Hernandez. Josh was easy to communicate with and responded to my requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. I am extremely pleased with my 2013 Toyota Highlander SE and do not feel as if I was taken advantage of in the least.
