Service appointment was 10:30am and was given a conservative estimate of 1-1:45pm. Car still not complete at 1:45pm. Told it’ll be done by 2:30-2:45pm. Missed that time as well. Still here at the dealership closing in on 5th hour mark. Just got confirm it’s finally done, getting my car back after FULL 5 hours since service appointment time for just an oil change, yikes. Go to other neighboring dealership locations. This is the wait time at DTLA Toyota for just an OIL CHANGE! Their service department is not a smooth running ship. DTLA Toyota - you should not have available appointments if you are not able to properly accommodate servicing within reasonable wait times. More
