We apologize for your time spent during your recent service visit. A TEC and EFI both take approximately an hour each and can not be done simultaneously. We understand how frustrating that must have been. Unfortunately, we were out of Mobil 1 oil during your visit. We truly appreciate your patience and we are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. We would like to take care of your next oil change at no charge as a goodwill gesture.
