3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, E. F.I and T.E.C. is unacceptable. They also do not have Mobil 1 oil. At a previous service, they were promoting Mobil 1, and I used it, and also won a F.I and T.E.C. is unacceptable. They also do not have Mobil 1 oil. But I can't use the free Mobil 1 oil change certificate if Toyota of Easley doesn't carry Mobil 1. I expressed my frustration them not having Mobil 1 oil the week prior to my appointment for this vehicle. I would have thought the service representative would have made sure they had Mobil 1 oil on hand for when I was bringing my wife's vehicle in for service the next week - NOPE! More

Whether it’s an oil change or just tire rotation, I never get out much under two hours. The same job used to take 45 minutes. What has changed? More
