My visits at Toyota of Gastonia are always favorable as I am always satisfied with the service. However, during this visit I was a little taken a back after hearing that I must have certain maintenance servi am always satisfied with the service. However, during this visit I was a little taken a back after hearing that I must have certain maintenance services completed there in order to continue be eligible for the tires for life program. This was only after I refused to have the recommended very expensive repairs done. I did plan to have some of the least expensive repairs done there but not today. I purchased my vehicle in 2005 and I always get my oil changed there as well as other services. This was not a stipulation when I purchased my vehicle and I do not feel that after 15 years it should be now. The fact of the matter is I simply cannot afford major maintenance repairs at Toyota. I am very, very, disappointed. More

Went in for 85,000 mild checkup and potential brake service. Was advised that brakes were good but 2 tires needed replacement. quickly replace all 4 tires and had me in the way in much less time than service.
