He was very kind and clearly, very knowledgeable about the products. Never pushy. Just honest. I also appreciated how quick paperwork and financing approval process was. Basically in and out with no rediculous sales pitches for undercarriage coatings or other unneeded extras. It had been some time since we had purchased a new car so Khzam gave us a great tutorial on all of the bells and whistles of the electronics and media features of the car. Any question we had, Khzam had the answer, and if he didn't he went and found the answer for us. After the test drive and a little more discussion of the Toyota Avalon Hybrid, we took the plunge and made the purchase. Khzam was patient and friendly during the entire process. While the paperwork was being processed he kept checking back in with us to make sure we were okay because that part did take a little time. We're very happy with the car and we were pleasantly surprised the great customer service we received. More
