Driving out in a new Prius Hybrid Experience! My intention was to buy a new car, but I was looking elsewhere. But, my wife that encouraged me to purchase from Gladstone Toyota. She had a Prius, an My intention was to buy a new car, but I was looking elsewhere. But, my wife that encouraged me to purchase from Gladstone Toyota. She had a Prius, and it was the mileage that attracted me to purchase a Hybrid. I did a website check on a Prius; I was enquiring a smaller model at that time. I spoke with a gentleman named Sou Chao, he was very helpful, so we arranged a appointment time for me to come down to the dealership and walk the lot. I picked out the unit I liked. We went inside has some water and after a short time, I drove away with a new Prius Tour model. Sou Chao did a great job with answering all my questions. He was very professional, well dressed and very courteous to me and my dog Skooter! I recommend Gladstone Toyota and see Sou Chao for new car needs. G.Tafoya More

I was pleasantly surprised when I met Ted Rippee, because he is low-key, accommodating, informative and really flexible when it came to our budget and evolving expectations. I can't recommend Ted enough as your go-to guy when buying a car. The extended Toyota team that worked alongside Ted is also super friendly, ethical, professional and an all around pleasure to work with (they would need to be, my wife and I waffled and deliberated for 6 hours!) She was very professional yet in a very "down to earth ' in which we felt very comfortable the entire way. We had to leave on Saturday and when we came back on Monday we were met by Donie to finalize getting the truck into our hands. This Monday was her day off but she did not pass us off to another sales person but chose to drive in from Vancouver, WA to help us with the final part of the sale. Donie and the rest of the group at Toyota of Gladstone far exceeded our expectations and we will do business again with them in the future!!! More

We started on the internet with Carl Schnauzer and he was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to make a decision on what vehicle we wanted. We then worked with Stefanie Vermillion on the test drives and she was able to answer all of our questions and was excellent to work with. The price negotiation was very personable with no pressure and they really wanted to give us the best deal they possibly could. We left with a new vehicle and felt very good about the process. More

He explained the features/options on each Rav4 models, and help me choose the right fit car. His recommendation was a huge success in decision-making for me landing with the Rav4 SE.
