No high pressure! I visited Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a Highlander. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Glenn Howard, my salesman, is very profess I visited Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a Highlander. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Glenn Howard, my salesman, is very professional. He demonstrated the features on the vehicle, checked out the trade in and did all the necessary prep work. His manager (Scott?) presented the deal, which was way over what I was prepared to pay. Rather than get into an argument, We had a good discussion and I felt no pressure to cave in to their offer. Eventually I got just what I wanted. This is a busy dealership. I would recommend them because they have a good selection of vehicles, and because the whole team, from Seth, the big boss, Scott, Glenn, Victor the finance man, all the way to the service rep who scheduled the post sale installation of an option were very professional and non threatening. They were a team, and all were pulling on the same rope. I did not get the greasy high pressure feeling that I have gotten at so many dealers, rather I felt like I was dealing with a team that had a unified goal. My advice is do your homework, because they are not going to offer a smoking hot deal if you are unprepared, and then feel comfortable dealing with the. They negotiate without a lot of high pressure tactics, which nobody likes. Keep up the good work, and thanks, Glenn for helping so much. I love my new car! More

The facility is very clean and modern, the staff was exceptional and always accommodating. Khzam worked hard at pleasing us by looking for and finding the exact color and options we wanted in our RAV4. There was no pressure to commit and when we decided this was the car for us, Khzam made sure that we were thoroughly satisfied. He later reviewed all the car details with us, even setting up our iPhones to connect with Bluetooth to the car radio. In the past, buying a new vehicle was always a dreaded ordeal for us to where we walked away feeling taken advantage of and beaten up……but, that was definitely not the case with Khzam at Toyota of Gladstone. He knew his stuff and Customer Service is obviously a very high priority at this dealership from sales to managers to the finance person……….we are so satisfied that we know we will return early next year to purchase a second new vehicle. More

Excellent purchasing experience Just purchased a brand new Tacoma and I was working with Glenn. Once the deal was struck (and it only took a little bit of negotiation), I was handed over to Jeremy for the financial part. He was very pleasant to work with as well and was very helpful and honest with me. He made the paperwork process go by quickly and I was out the door soon after. Once I was out of his office, Glenn stopped by to make sure I was aware of how everything worked in my new truck. I was then visited by Glenn's manager to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and the process and to do a final walk around on the truck before I drove it out of the showroom. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase without the silly garbage that usually goes along with car shopping. She called me within 5 minutes of when I submitted my request to True Car. She found me exactly the 2016 Tundra that I was looking for within 30 minutes more. I only heard by e-mail from other True Car reps between one and three days later and none of them by phone. When we arrived at the dealership, she guided me through to negotiation process with no hassles. She was on the spot in every detail and was a delight to work with. The other staff at Gladstone Toyota were easy to work with and every thing was taken care of when and as promised. I am recommending Angel and Gladstone Toyota to all of my friends. More
