Easy to set up appointments and Service Agents have always been super nice and helpful. Waiting for routine maintenance service time was also not so bad with free coffee and free wifi to work off of y always been super nice and helpful. First, I want to say that any business who answers theirs phones without identifying themselves is shady. What are you hiding; hence, the one-star. They are hiding everything and being rude about it. Mike phones without identifying themselves is shady. What are you hiding; hence, the one-star. They are hiding everything and being rude about it. Mike in the service department felt he needed to hang up on me during our conversation and after my car had been serviced and the key was nowhere to be found. Ann, the receptionist, who also didn't identify herself until asked, promptly said the issue was not hers transferred me to Mike. All in all, I just think businesses take advantage of people as though they are in the service industry. Try finding another job in another field if you don't think catering to your customers is part of your job. Shame on you Toyota of Glendora for having terrible, shameful workers who treat your paying customers as if they didn't need them. YOU DO. Without these paying customers, you would not have a job. More
