Made contact with Frank Turner, of Toyota of Grand Rapids, after browsing online thru their inventory. I asked questions that he answered right away about the vehicle. I went from Muskegon to Grand Rapids because they had what I wanted at the price I needed to adhere to. Traveled about an hour, the next day, to the dealership and signed on the dotted line. Took my new Toyota home. I thank both Frank and the other salesman for putting both baby car seats in and securing them properly. They went out of their way to extend extra and much appreciated personal help by doing so. The extra trip to Toyota of Grand Rapids was well worth the time I spent and will look foreword to doing more business there in the future. More
