Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I believe you spoke to the both the General Manager and Service Manager today. My understanding is that the issue wih your Sienna is that the diagnostic computer Toyota has provided us to gauge engine errors isn't registering an error. The van will need to be driven for some time until the error message can be read by the diagnostic computer. I know your issue has been escalated to Toyota Technical Support. I apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes a fix isn't as easy as we would all like it to be. Please bring the van in whenever to error message is on again.
