Wonderful Dealership! I must revise my review! This staff at Toyota of Greensburg has went above and beyond to find the "true" issue with my vehicle! Due to the staffs thor I must revise my review! This staff at Toyota of Greensburg has went above and beyond to find the "true" issue with my vehicle! Due to the staffs thorough check with my vehicle they found serious issues with my vehicle that could have left my family/children unsafe to ride in this vehicle. I will continue to use this dealership for all my needs including purchasing my future new vehicles from them and know that my families utmost safety is always first concern to them. Don't expect quick or timely service even if scheduled! I have had my vehicle scheduled and serviced 3 times and each time has taken significantly longer than I was informed. **PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE YOU USE TOYOTA OF GREENSBURG** I took my toyota to get serviced because of bad noise coming from motor. The technician told me nothing was wrong. The majority of the techs are young and while waiting I saw the techs doing burnouts with customers vehicles. Later that week i took my toyota to a different toyota dealer and they discovered my tensioner bearing was about to fail. Now I drive 1 hour away to get my toyota serviced, believe me the long drive is worth it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DON'T GO TO TOYOTA OF GREENSBURG. Thank You for reading. More
