Andris was the advisor that help Me . . this is the worst customer service I ever experience. She has me waiting for 15 min to get me lyft . I ask the rep if he can help he excuse himse . this is the worst customer service I ever experience. She has me waiting for 15 min to get me lyft . I ask the rep if he can help he excuse himself for the conversation by saying is off today he won’t be able to follow back with me. Reason for my visit was to get a diagnostic done i ask the Dan the manager on duty if Can waive the fees I was told purchase the alignment then he will make sure he will diagnosed the car. I don’t know what happened with my car I left the car overnight they never call me until 3pm. The condition they gave my car was dirty like someone took my care racing in the mud . At this point I am not sure if the car was properly diagnose because what they write and the worksheet it’s vague . Not saying if it’s was the left or the right front wheel that need repair because the advisor didn’t make a note on the worksheet of what’s to be diagnosed. I felt I have been rip off . I had to left on a hurry I didn’t have a chance to address the issue BCZ of work. More
