Cómo es posible que aún así haciendo cita para supuestamente agilizar el proceso del servicio my truck haya durado desde las 8:30 cita pautada a esa hora hasta las 3:30 solo para cambio de aceite y rotación de cauchos luego a esa hora me llaman para decirme qué hay que cambiar los brake pads que tomaría no menos de una hora es decir my truck was 8 horas en servicio Que estoy muy seguro que para lo mismo no toma mas de 3 horas come on you are better than this guys. And on top of that, yo requerí específicamente aparte del servicio que por favor chequearan detalladamente el sensor que abre y cierra las puertas con el remote control que no funciona muy bien y que me dieran respuesta y no recibí nada por escrito a ver si se cambia o no. So creo que somos important antes los costumers a la hora de hacer servicio como a la hora de ir a comprar un vehículo TOYOTA right ? Like I said you are better than this. Quality of service not good at HOLLYWOOD TOYOTA
