Made an appointment for 6:30 am, Went for a screw in my tire. Waited for 2 hours and was told at 8:30 that there is nothing they can do. Then they proceed to try and sell me a tire. That they did not have tire. Waited for 2 hours and was told at 8:30 that there is nothing they can do. Then they proceed to try and sell me a tire. That they did not have in stock. I refused and went to Tire plus. At Tire plus the technician proceeded to spray the screw with water. He saw no bubbles and pulled out the screw. He let me know there was no leak. And the screw was not deep enough to cause any damage. This Toyota has Garbage Customer service. Causing me to wait 2 hours just to try to scam me into buying a tire, instead of doing basic trouble shooting. More

To start Isaac must have been having a really bad day his customer service skills was very unprofessional I didn’t deserve the way he handled me after waiting in line from him having a extra long personal co customer service skills was very unprofessional I didn’t deserve the way he handled me after waiting in line from him having a extra long personal conversation I had cut and on only for him to reply he didn’t call me my car wasn’t ready but I should him the text then he rudely sat the paper down and quoted get that in take it to the guys out side anyway if he doesn’t like his job he needs to change I have been dealing with Toyota of Hollywood much longer then his been employed there and I can be sure to say if his attitude doesn’t change I will be writing a google review next and posting his picture More
