Got my maintenance done and Recall for Rav4 hybrid,its all fine & done within 2hrs(7:30am-9:30). I also have my RIM lip scratch that supposed to be fix also but Steven told me that I need to leave my car all fine & done within 2hrs(7:30am-9:30). I also have my RIM lip scratch that supposed to be fix also but Steven told me that I need to leave my car there,I ask for a loaner car so that I have transportation so I can go back to work but he can’t provide me anything. I ask if I can bring my car first and if the tire guy was already there, I can go back as fast as 5-10mins, he insisted NO. I ask why the last time it was happened to me they offered me a loaner car/transportation without any questions ask??he said I should not be that normal way. I follow up around 1:50pm but the tire guy still not there until 2:20pm but I said I need to pick-up my daughter from school(2:03) and my wife from hospital. He offered me to just rescheduled it again next week. 9am-1pm for a little scratch.(i have coverage for tires) More

This is my second truck that I have bought this year and my sales person Lance was excellent. No hassles regarding the price. I didn’t wait there long, finance part was so easy.
