I am writing to let you know that I am quite disappointed with Toyota's reimbursement department regarding expenses incurred by the vehicle buyer for adapting the vehicle for a driver with a han disappointed with Toyota's reimbursement department regarding expenses incurred by the vehicle buyer for adapting the vehicle for a driver with a handicap. I sent all the required documentation, as well as the purchase information for the 2025 Camry. They denied the reimbursement because they wanted paperwork proving the purchase of the vehicle. I have been a Toyota customer for many years, and I have never experienced this situation of distrust regarding the actual purchase of the vehicle, which can be easily verified by checking with Toyota's financing department. Toyota Camry 2025 Account # 001010000005228184 Amount $590.56 Payment due on the 18th of each month. After this unwarranted distrust, I was going to trade in my 2025 Camry for a 2026 model, now at the 15,000-mile service, but I think it's better not to trade it in anymore, simply because I am entitled to a refund of the $600 I spent on adapting the vehicle. Jason and Andre helped us purchase our new vehicle. We wish this was our first stop. They got us what we wanted- all of our needs and wants were met with the vehicle we wanted and well within our budget. The whole process with Jason and Andre was seamless and straightforward. There were no extra “fees” or “but wait” gotchas. We will be back to purchase our next vehicle here. Well worth the drive! More

I came in the evening time and they were swamped but him and the other guys helped was very helpful and was one of the best people to help me today. He was able to get me in and out in about 30 mins for an oil change and tire rotation which was super fast despite the busy day they were having. I will continue coming to this location and have him assist me going forward. More

Lindsay Agosto quoted me 3x the time needed to fix my issue then swore that everybody pays the price she quoted for my repair. I was completely taken advantage of. She continued to sell me on her quote being 'what everyone pays.' Finally, a manager came over and agreed the hours were too high and had Lindsay adjust them. What a crook... More
The worst dealership I've ever dealt with! I was in contact with someone from the dealership all through the day and made an appointment to come in to buy the vehicle I inquired about.I drove o I was in contact with someone from the dealership all through the day and made an appointment to come in to buy the vehicle I inquired about.I drove over an hour to get there and the salesman i was supposed to meet with wasn't there so another salesman took me out to the lot and we walked all over the lot for 15-20 minutes looking for the vehicle.The whole time she was trying to sell me every other vehicle we past and couldn't find the one I came to buy.we went back inside and the sales manager came out to inform me the truth was sent to the auction that morning.I wasted my whole day for nothing and I think the salesman knew that's why she was trying to get me to look at other trucks.I will never go back to this dealership again. More
