I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla on May 7, 2013. My experience with the sales specialist John, product specialist Alex and Finance Michael Sumner was excellent. I wasn't sure when I went in if I wanted a new or used car. John patiently showed me both and we compared mileage and prices. Once I decided on the new Corolla we did some initial paperwork and then he turned me over to Alex who was efficient, patient and answered my questions and concerns on the car and the money. When we had the deal cemented with the extras and the monthly payment I was hoping for I was then turned over to Michael Sumner in finance who made the process of filling out a mound of paperwork very seamless and easy. I left that day with my new car and I liked it then but as I've driven it over the past week I've come to love it. I would definitley recommend Toyota or Orlando to all my friends and family!

I visited this Toyota dealership looking to purchase the car and the hospitality at this location is exceeding my expectations. From sales to finance departments all people that I dealt with were very friendly and informative. They told me the information that I needed to know and made the transaction fast and easy. I didn't want to have to go back and forth, so they gave me different financial options and I made my decision based on the one that best suited me. Jean Lacock and Birdie were both straight forward and honest, they both got to the point they both told me everything I needed to know.
