Informative, fast, friendly and, most important, open I just bought a new car and I have to say this was a revelation. Everybody was helpful and friendly (and not in the car salesman stereotype way). They I just bought a new car and I have to say this was a revelation. Everybody was helpful and friendly (and not in the car salesman stereotype way). They genuinely wanted to help me. The deal they offered was much better than I expected which made it easier to accept. And I liked the no-haggle style with any pressure. Rolando was knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me to what he wanted to sell; he showed me what I wanted to see. Antonio was just as helpful and did his job quickly and accurately. Again, no pressure. Nichole was as friendly as everyone else. She gave me time to look at what I was signing without any sign of impatience (knowing that I was going to sign anyway). It was a great experience. The only hiccup was when I tried to use my debit card to buy the car. I checked with my credit union and they didn't have any problem; it was at the dealer's end that there was a problem. Things were quickly resolved when Rolando followed me home so I could give him a check. I still got my new car the same day. More
