On Saturday September 25th I got my new 2010 Rav4 from Toyota of Poway and it was the greatest car-buying experience I've ever had. It was my 3rd visit to this dealership because I started out not knowin Toyota of Poway and it was the greatest car-buying experience I've ever had. It was my 3rd visit to this dealership because I started out not knowing what kind of SUV I wanted to purchase, and my first day on the lot I met Damon Salvatore who showed me what the Rav4 had to offer and answered all of my questions. His service was professional and friendly, and after visiting other dealerships I came back to Toyota of Poway because I received the best customer service there. I also worked with Paul who was very professional and courteous and I enjoyed my experience of purchasing a car. My Rav4 had a full tank and was beautifully detailed before I took it home. I was always offered a cold beverage, and NEVER EVER did I feel pressured to make a decision. I absolutely love my new Rav4 and would recommend this dealer and Damon specifically to my friends & family. More

Dishonest business practice. They would quote you a price and you would think that is what you are going to get, but during the agreement they would change the terms and condition. After goming into town from elsewhere, I was having problems with a Toyota Certified vehicle. The work should have been covered by warranty, but I was informed that it would not be, because the car wa problems with a Toyota Certified vehicle. My sales people were TOM and ROB (both seem honest, but full of B.S.) They sold me a used car, with a "personal guarantee" that there would be no problems and if there was something serious wrong they w full of B.S.) First week of driving I found my car to get 15mpg in stead of the expected 25, obviously something seriously wrong. I called them and asked them to make good on their word. Without even offering to inspect the car, they said "you bought is AS IS, sorry." DO YOUR HOMEWORK.....don't trust these guys, go somewhere else. Then we were handed over to a new salesman and when we started price negotations he was quoting very high prices initially. Then the third salesman named Frank came and he was very rude.
