We have had good experiences so far. The service department seems pricey. But we have not dealt a lot with new care dealers in recent years. The service department seems pricey. But we have not dealt a lot with new care dealers in recent years. More

They said it would take at least 3-4 hours for the after-market part to arrive and another 3-4 hours to install and calibrate it. This was after I drove over one hour to get to Santa Fe for my appointment. This was very disappointing, to say the least. I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Santa Fe Toyota. After a recall, I questioned why they were trying to charge me so much and asked for an explanation. Instead of addres department at Santa Fe Toyota. After a recall, I questioned why they were trying to charge me so much and asked for an explanation. Instead of addressing my concerns, they ghosted me and stopped responding. I eventually had to have my husband take over just to get someone to take me seriously. Little did they know, my dad is a mechanic, so I wasn’t asking questions without reason. Customers deserve honest answers, clear communication, and respect when questioning unexpected charges regardless of gender. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed with Santa Fe Toyota’s service department. More
