I had a great experience working with Kim Heren as my sales consultant, Imran Khan who did the trade in, and Sheila Schneider who did the finance. I have bought vehicles from dealerships about seven t sales consultant, Imran Khan who did the trade in, and Sheila Schneider who did the finance. I have bought vehicles from dealerships about seven times now, and this was by far the most transparent straightforward experience of them all. For starters, before I even took the car for a test drive, I was emailed by Kim a breakdown of what the drive off the lot price of the car was that to a penny included the state and local taxes and documentary fee. Then I took the car for a test drive and I liked it. I decided I wanted to do a trade-in and was given the first quote by Imran. This quote matched what another dealership had given me the day before. I went home and thought it over and decided I wanted to go through with the deal, so I reached out to Kim. To my very pleasant surprise, after I informed the dealership I wanted to go through with the deal we had set down, I was informed that Imran had decided to give me 25% more on my trade-in than what he had first quoted me. This was incredibly shocking, because again, it was after I had already told them I agreed to the deal. Very generous. They did not have to do that but they did, and it was 25% higher than what another dealership offered the day before! I couldn’t believe it and felt extremely thankful. Sheila Schneider did the financing, and she was very pleasant to work with. She was friendly and explained everything to a T. She offered some dealership warranties, but I declined. No pressure. When it was all said and done, to my surprise, I paid to a penny what Kim Heren said I would in her written breakdown of the price after the trade in and money down was subtracted from it. Very simple to understand. Simple English. Simple arithmetic. All written down on 1 page. Very simple. The way buying a car should be. Ask for Kim. More
