Within two hours of buying a used 2022 Ram 1500, the windshield started leaking water on the dashboard during a storm. However, the Service Department redeemed the dealership with their stellar responsiveness. Ashley, Matt, and David are a true asset to the organization. The orginal sales person that I worked with, Allen G, was the reason I went with Toyota of Tampa Bay. Some brief history. I was originally looking at the Toyota Tundra. But after some research, I determined from the owners manual that the Tundra could not be flat-towed behind a RV. That was a deal-killer for me. But Allen G went the extra effort and found a 2022 Ram 1500 4x4 that could be flat-towed behind an RV. Even though it was at another dealership within the Morgan Auto Group, Allen G. made arrangements to have it brought to Toyota of Tampa Bay for me to test drive it. Unfortunately, Allen was unable to meet me for the final sale when I came in. (Therefore, I was handed over to another sales person that I had not previously worked with). If Allen G would have sold me the truck, I have no doubt that he would have gone the extra mile to assist me in resolving the windshield leak issue. More
