Easy process to make online appointment. Greeted upon arrival at the dealership. My service advisor, JC Collins was very professional, friendly, and thorough with my service needs. He kept me up to date with the technicians inspection of the car and I was provided a video of the inspection. Very nice! The service was provided in a very timely manner while I waited on site and enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and coffee at the dealership diner. Another nice service by TTB.
