I recently purchased a used 2023 vehicle from Toyota Tampa Bay, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite being charged a hefty reconditioning fee, the window on the vehicle does Tampa Bay, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite being charged a hefty reconditioning fee, the window on the vehicle does not work, there was stain in the interior ceiling and I was missing floor mats. This is unacceptable, especially considering the additional $7,000 in fees that were tacked on without clear explanation. The lack of transparency and the poor condition of the vehicle have left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. I expected better quality and service from a reputable dealership like Toyota Tampa Bay. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before finalizing their purchase. More
