would give negative stars if I could If I could put negative stars I would. First went for an oil change and they did not rotate the tires like they said they did. They also said the tires looked great and come to find out they wrote up their were issues with the tires, but didn't say or provide that information to us. Then we went on a road trip and on our way home had a blow-out and had to have 2 tires replaced and found there were major issues with the knuckle holding the wheel to the frame. When we contacted them they said bring it in and they would work with us. Well, they didn't work with us at all. Waste of my time and gas and were and tear on the car. They said it would be over 1300 to fix it, and I said I could get it done for a 1000 somewhere else so I picked up my car and took it to someone trustworthy who I know will do a good job. More

Service to the stars We have been going to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service for nearly 4 years. Prior to that we had another car, purchased in Brandon, at another ( Korean We have been going to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service for nearly 4 years. Prior to that we had another car, purchased in Brandon, at another ( Korean manufature), we felt the staff at Toyota to be 1000 times more honest, reliable, and customer oriented. There is no hard sell here, recommendations yes but no hard sell. The prices are fair and just. We would not have our car serviced anywhere else. More

Great service,car rental easy, Uber covered, check out good. Norman and the Service Team got right on it, new tires, good rate, found older parts quickly, Uber good, both,then covered the 2 day car rental, esp.. Always have great service. My only complaint...I had an 1130 apt. I was not taken until 1145. It was only supposed to take 1 hour. It was over 2 hours.
