We purchased a new Corolla for our daughter to commute back and forth to college. Her safety is our main concern. I have 2 Toyotas and live more than 90 minutes away. I was up in the Woodbridge area last Tuesday, August 17, 2010, and I just glanced up and happened to see my change oil date was due. Traveling down Rt.1 I noticed the Lustine dealership. I normally take my trucks to get serviced closer to home, but I had time to kill, so I stopped in. I was greeted by a Chrissy D. Chrissy is by far the best Customer Service Advisor I have ever dealt with in my life. She is always friendly and treats me like I am a member of her family and she strives to make sure the work is of the highest quality. Before I leave Chrissy talks to me to make sure that I am 100 percent happy with all work performed at the dealship.
