Cassie busted her butt trying to get our extended warranty to kick in and cover our transmission. This took forever but she finally got it approved where we didn’t have to pay for a complete takedow warranty to kick in and cover our transmission. This took forever but she finally got it approved where we didn’t have to pay for a complete takedown to prove that the tranny was shot. We had some other warranty items that needs repaired and I asked to have brakes redone. By the time the transmission arrived for install, everything else was done. Good teamwork and thank you for staying on it 👍🏽 More
