I have been thinking of getting a new van for quite some time. We stopped in to Tri-City Dodge on a whim yesterday morning. To my surprise, they had the exact van that I was looking for! The best part was that my favorite salesman was there, Dennis Luke. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Tri-City Dodge over the many years, and we worked with Dennis to purchase all 3. (Actually, a different salesman approached my husand and he told him we were looking for Dennis.) Dennis is such an all around good guy and he always makes the car buying experience a pleasant one for us. He had us in our new van by 3pm yesterday afternoon. When we arrived at the dealership to look at used mini-vans, Marty met us in the lot within a few minutes. He was very pleasant and was able to answer all our questions. The van we were interested in wasn't ready to be test driven yet since they had a little work left to do on it. We found another van up the road at another dealership we liked just as much but were diappointed by the way they treated us. Thankfully Marty called us while we were there and told us it was now ready. In the end we went back becasue they not only had the van we were looking for at the right price, but becasue they all (Chuck Straw sold us our first mini-van six years before) made us feel good about Tri-City Dodge. So if you're looking for a new or used car, please do yourself a favor and go talk to Marty or Chuck. I came home to tell my wife about the work that they did and the type of vehicle that I was purchasing and the trade deal that they had prepared and my wife, although not surprised, immediately agreed to purchase it. Came in to see Bob, but he wasn't in. Jimmy introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help us out with. We told him we were looking to test drive a truck and possibly purchase it. We took the evening to think about it and went back the next day to see Bob and test drive a different truck. Bob was very helpful in explaining the rebates and trade-in allowance. My wife brought my truck in the next day for Bob to look over, since I had to work. We decided to purchase the NEW truck. Bob took the time to show us all the options our new truck has and also printed out a qoute of optional items we were talking about purchasing for the NEW truck so we could get an idea how much the parts cost. I would definately return to this dealership for future purchases and repairs! More
