When i inquired about the great price i was told by Malessia that it was because it had been in inventory for a while and they were motivated to sell it to which i asked about its condition and was told it was in good condition at which point i made an appointment to see it. Drove 30 miles at which time i waited at the reception desk for 5 minutes while the receptionist sitting at the desk did something else until i was approached. The salesman Eddie then took me to his desk and took all my info which i still don't know why as im just there to look at a vehicle. Once that was done i was escorted out to the lot at which time i was told the vehicles we were looking at were not the one i came to look at but the vehicle i came for was sitting right next to ones i was being shown. At that point i was told that the vehicle i came for needed to go into service and couldnt be sold for a while. My response was that's fine as im not in a rush. Upon returning to the showroom i was then informed that the vehicle i came to see which was still listed on Cargurus and was available per the phone call i made checking its availability an hour before was NOT FOR SALE as it had electrical issues and couldnt be sold. To add to that this vehicle is sitting on the front line right on RT46 with a sales flag on it. So in retrospect i was lied to to get me into the dealership to try and unload a different vehicle on me at a higher price. Real honest practice. Good to know that the Lexus brand allows this type of practice to happen at their dealerships. Beware. More
I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from this dealership. The sales experience was pleasant enough. I test-drove the car for less than 5 minutes and there seemed to be no problems. Of course the day after I brought it home the engine was making a strange grinding sound consistently between 1500-2500 rpms and the transmission was shifting oddly. I make an appointment for the service department to look at it. This could not have been a new problem. The service department was not helpful and clearly had no idea what the problem was and stated it was "warped rotors". I brought to my trusted mechanics that I've been going to for years. They said no the rotors aren't warped and they aren't sure what the problem is but that the dealership should both the service and sales departments of the dealership and none of them were helpful and said it was my problem. Despite knowing they were wrong about the "warped rotors", I asked them to call me back with a quote to fix. They never did. I brought the car to a Ford dealership and they told me that there is over 40 hours of work that needs to be done with all this repair: 1. Torque converter, transmission front pump and assorted internal parts and hardware . This addresses the shaking at idle in gear. This is a $6200 repair. 2. right side engine mount. mount has metal on metal contact $580. 3. front exhaust flex pipe and hardware. this $1150 4. AIRBAG LIGHT. $1300 5. front lower control arms right and left. $1537 6. in line fuel pressure sensor above fuel tank. $1580 The repairs total more than the car is worth. I have already paid to replace 3 engine mounts last month as well along with some other repairs over the past few months. More

Once they have your information, especially email they spam your ema with vehicles you have no interest in, easily 2 emails a day. I was informed to email trade information which I did, emailed it within a day, never got a response, called a few weeks later, left a message to the same guy, never got a return call. Called/emailed again 2 weeks later to see if they are interested still, and spoke with another sales lady, she said she would help. Eventually she said there is a mark up on the car, lol. We are in 2024…with rates averaging 7%. Unless this dealership is still in covid era…even Porsche don’t go for mark up right now. I got a quote from another Lexus dealer a little farther away with a discount off MSRP, and she had the audacity to say there is a mark up. Don’t waste your time, find another dealership More

(C) Brand new car is having issues, upon reporting they said the service department will get to book an appointment but no response after dozen follow ups. All i m getting is run-around and comments like ‘we will get back to you’ and ‘the sales agent “jose” will call you’ .. No followups… No calls … They are always busy with gossiping and watching videos on phone. More
