I had very bad experience during service for my Lexus RX 350 2019. Tire pressure was not checked after tire rotation. There was nail in the tire as it was not checked during the service that reason it was 350 2019. Tire pressure was not checked after tire rotation. Again I had to visit service center next day of car service and I complained service agent (Alysa) who took care of my car service that why tire was not checked and she lied it was done and she denied to fix it and she asked me to replace the all tires. This was very clear that she was trying misguide and she was forcing me to change the tire instead of fixing it. This clear show her intension to create hassle for customer and just pay for something which was not needed immediately. I requested multiple times to service agent to take out the nail and fix it but she did not agree to fix. She was keep forcing to me change tire. I drove 22K mile totals. Finally unfortunately I visited local tire shop to take out the nail from the tire and it was fixed very easily for this I just 15$ More
This dealership has a horrible service department. They tried to say that I needed a new set of tires and alignment for the bargain price of $1,400 !!!! They said that I only had 3/32" tread depth lef They tried to say that I needed a new set of tires and alignment for the bargain price of $1,400 !!!! They said that I only had 3/32" tread depth left on my 3 year old Michelin's tires WITH ONLY 17,000 MILES ON THEM. After that, I went to a regular tire store where I purchased these tires and they confirmed 6/32" tire tread left. I personally read the tire depth gauge when they were measuring them. Know your products and pricing BEFORE you go to Tri County for service ! More

Immediately contacted sales and was taken to service. As it’s been a week wanted to see what they can do, and service coordinator said we will replace under Lexus warranty and took some pics. After few months no response, I called and left voice messages with operators and no response. I went in for service talked to service coordinator I was working with but has no update. Okay, after a follow up he asked me to bring it in as warranty claim is approved and took photos and parts are ordered, great. No updates for a month… hmm this is where it gets interesting, operators are taking msgs for service coordinator but I am getting no responses, finally escalated it with an operator and got in contact with service manager who asked me to come in again. It’s been 4 months now, went it and they couldn’t find any record of this and leaned service coordinator quit. I was told that service manager was handling this but he claims no idea. Finally they brought in used car sales manager and they started negotiating to pay partial costs. Okay they quoted $300 claiming I am only paying partial amount. Wow I realized how incompetent they are 1. I have been asked to come multiple times but no one has no record 2. Operators handling calls do not know service coordinator no longer works 3. They suddenly have part available which I was told will take at least a month and stared asking me to cover costs of $300 after many trips 4. Part only costs $200 on Lexus dealer parts website, so how much are they paying?? I will drive some where else for service and after seeing such incompetent service manager and used car sales manager More
