The manager of slaes informed me via the conversation on the phone that 0.0% financing existed for the 2010 4Runner. I specifically asked you that question. The gentlemen last night went out of his way to tell me there was no way that was possible. I understood that you did not have any models on the lot yet, for which I can not fault you, however, I wasn’t even shown a picture of what they look like. Your group completely wasted my time. I bought my new Prius here and continue to bring it in for service. So far I've had no problems with the service, albeit it's a new car and has not needed anything other than an oil change. Though during one of my maintenance checks, they found a defect in my tire and replaced it for free. I had no idea there was anything wrong with my tire when I brought it in. I like the convenience of Saturday hours and being able to wait for my car to be worked on if necessary. As for the sales experience. Well, they're salesmen. We went through the dance you have to go through whenever you buy a car from a dealership (e.g. "let me talk to my sales manager", but the bottom line was, I let them know I was prepared to walk away if I didn't get the deal I wanted and ultimately ended up with the deal I wanted. My review would probably be different if I had had a negative experience, so thus far I have been satisfied. More
Warning. Check any service you get done. I noticed I was charged for fluids topped any found they did nothing. Went back and watched them fill it. No apologizes or excuses. I was at the dealership to tryout new corolla or camry. I was there on Monday, 02/23/2009 around 6:30 PM. Waited inside the building for about 4 minutes but no one even asked me why I was there or not even a was there on Monday, 02/23/2009 around 6:30 PM. This has been building for a long time. I've serviced two cars at Tri-County for years. Over time, they've morphed their service department into a large operation that is there solely to milk as much money o cars at Tri-County for years. Over time, they've morphed their service department into a large operation that is there solely to milk as much money out of you as possible. No thought about long term customer satisfaction or standing behind the product put out by Toyota. In the past I've remained loyal as they botched major repairs, recommended service that was inappropriate, and over charged for things. But no more, enough is enough. The service writers that have been there the longest are the worst, and management provides lip service, with no hope of truly changing the operation. Bottom line is that pretty much any other service option would be better. Taking a car to this dealer will cost you a great deal of cash and will probably shorten the life of the vehicle. More
Buyer beware this is a high presure sales team that will leave no trick left tried. They will lie right to your face. Bold face lie they will do everything they can to avoid you. Will not return calls. Delay refund. Give you a partial refund if you scream lond enough but will fight you with everything they got. They will treat you like dog meat from the moment you show any signs of doubt. One might think they would go after the sale harder, but instead they disown you and steal your deposit. Salesman "Greg Reantillo Will LIE right to your face. Bob Bosart Salesmanager will take Greg's side. They will do anything to keep from returning the money. Advise using a diferent dealer "Tri County Toyota" is a dishonest dealership. Toyota's are great just buy one at another dearler. Trust no one at Tri County Toyota. Customer relation are to be there to help you. Let me know how long and how many times you left messages and still have gotten no reply. More
An inspection took 3 days to finish. Since they couldn't give me my car back, I had no choice but to keep the rental - which they over charged for. Even though I made sure that the gas gauge was back where give me my car back, I had no choice but to keep the rental - which they over charged for. Even though I made sure that the gas gauge was back where it was when I took the car - they still charged me $22 (at $4/gal) to fill it up. They have no respect or concern for the customer and have no problem ripping people off. More
Watch out for the tricky interest rate decrease when you decline the extended warranty as I did. The interest rate was decreased from 8% to 6.34%, the papers where quickly printed, I signed, but the screen decline the extended warranty as I did. The interest rate was decreased from 8% to 6.34%, the papers where quickly printed, I signed, but the screen read 6.34%, I did notice until my first bill that the rate never changed from 8%, nor did the payment, but the payment schedule was changed from 60 mos. to 63 mos. so the fake 6.34% on the screen was an "as if" calculation. Tricky. I'll be more careful next time, but never use TriCountyToyota again. More
I went to Tri-County and talked to their Scion manager John. He is a cool guy and let my friend and I took a auto Scion tC out for a test drive. I was very impressed with Scion tC and their no-pushy-tactics. The only complain is that Tri-County can only guarantee the scion tC I got is within 300 miles on odometer!! What the…300 miles for a brand new car??? Overall I am very impress by this Toyota dealer. I may end up ordering my tC from them if they guarantee my brand new tC has less than 10 miles on the odo.
