My Review of Tri-State Toyota Scion:
Ho hum dealership. Only fair quality used cars. Appears to be of marginal financial viability therefore needs to squeeze out every buck from a sale. Lousy new car showroom (fits only one car). Unlikely to consider for either used or new as there are much better "stores" out there.

My Review of Tri-State Toyota Scion:
After tempers cooled down, I contacted the owners again and they decided to review the matter again. (I wrote the review on the 5.7 Tundra that had a 4.7). After speaking to the salesperson in regards to the sales process, they contacted me and offered to take the truck back and put me into the truck I originally wanted. I'm told the salesperson was dealt with also. After everyone cooled down the dealer did the right thing. I'm satisfied with the results and will return to have my service done there.

My Review of Tri-State Toyota Scion:
Negotiated a deal for a 5.7 engine,6 speed transmission,and 10,000 towing package on a 2008 Tundra SR5 TRD. Salesman went through the complete sales process telling me the vehicle was equipted with the features I wanted. Even on the test drive he stated "I had enough power to burn the tires off" After taking delivery, I discovered the vehicle had a 4.7 engine ,5 speed trans. 7000 lb towing package. When I tried to return the truck 2 days later. I honestly thought they made a mistake and gave me the wrong vehicle.The dealer refused to take it back. Now angry, I told them the salesman misrepresented the sale and committed fraud. Owner of dealership said "To bad, you signed the papers." Very shady sighing process. Sales manager never took his hand off contracts. Never offered warrentee or insurance plans. Salesman had a great smile all through the process until I caught him in this scheme. The 2 owners I spoke with are very arrogant and argumentative. This dealership only cares about the sale, even if they decieve you in the process. Stay away from this place.
I'm taking them to court.
