Bad Customer Service and Over Charges Customers I bought a truck from Tri-color in March 2019 I have been making my payments on time and I missed 2 payments they had my truck repoed and towed to the I bought a truck from Tri-color in March 2019 I have been making my payments on time and I missed 2 payments they had my truck repoed and towed to their facility my truck was working fine I paid them 1500.00 to get the truck back and now the sensors don't work and the water pump went out now they want to charge me 416.00 for a water pump that clearly cost 61.00 and a sensor for the abs. You clearly stated that the truck had a year warranty when I bought it and I have only had it for 6 months. More

DO NOT BUY OR EVEN TRY THIS DEALERSHIP I do not recommend getting or even thinking about getting a car at tricolor they triple the amount of each vehicle making you believe you stepping int I do not recommend getting or even thinking about getting a car at tricolor they triple the amount of each vehicle making you believe you stepping into something good I just got this car yesterday and it leaks oil not only that but this car in real dealerships brand new come out to $9,000-$12,000 they xxxxed me over by charging me 19,000 for a 2016 Ford Fusion with 86,000 miles then charged me an extra $10,000 for “interest” 20% apr apperantly I went into a lot of websites and even on the Texas dmv website to see the value of it and it came out to $8,200 as clear as I can make this to anyone in need of a vehicle do your research and don’t let them take advantage of you I’m 18 yr old with a baby tired from work still having to take care of my child didn’t get out of the delearship until 11 pm last night. Do not fall for it !!!!! I mean for anyone even if your in desperate need !!! More

I paid my truck off back on 01/26/2018 and told me to wait 15-20 business days to receive my title at my local dealership. We are now 04/03/2018 and have yet to get it. I have called at least 10 times and no one knows what at dealership and corporate. I have been beyond patient and want what is mine. Tricolor did not have issues getting my money for 4 years. And not to mentioned I was lied to when I got my truck. The only reason I got it there was because they claimed they reported it monthly to all 3 credit bureau which turned out to be a lie. I will never ever return to Tricolor. This whole experience has been unacceptable, inconvenient, exhausting, a waste of time and money. I will be looking into Legal Counsel if necessary at this point. More

Ridiculous interest rates/They DONT report to credit bureau TRi Color auto has charged me three times what my car is worth with 31% interest. I make $350 car payments EVERY TWO WEEKS. For the last three years I TRi Color auto has charged me three times what my car is worth with 31% interest. I make $350 car payments EVERY TWO WEEKS. For the last three years I thought I was building credit. I went to my bank to try to refinance and I come to find out that Tri Color has NEVER reported my payments to the credit bureau. So now i cant even refinance because there is NO PROOF that I have been paying them. Tricolor has literally severed my limbs, i bought a USED VERSA and Ive paid close to 30 GRAND. I was young with NO CREDIT, NO CO-SIGNER and a baby. I was desperate for a car so i went with it, they made me believe that I wouldn't be able to buy a car anywhere else. AND I FELL FOR IT!!! For the last 3 years Ive struggled to make ends meet, literally haven't been able to afford to put food in my refrigerator. I pay tricolor more then MY RENT!!!! THEY ARE A VILE GREEDY COMPANY THAT MAKES MONEY OFF OF DESPERATE POOR PEOPLE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORSE ENEMY. More
