Bought a new 2013 Ram in October, then returned to buy a used 2013 Durango in January. Bill and the entire sales team are awesome. Went to Troiano to purchase used car...they had already sold the one on the internet we were originally interested in, but went to look at the ford. Was told it passed safety inspection...wondering how si sold the one on the internet we were originally interested in, but went to look at the ford. Was told it passed safety inspection...wondering how since front drivers brake was installed incorrectly and almost caught on fire. Shortly after leaving the lot, this truck engine started making noises and skipping/hesitating. Called them back..brought truck to them to be told that they could not figure out the problem because they do not work on ford engines. When we told them that we were going to return the truck..general manager (Ash) said to bring it back and he would make sure that they fixed it. Instead, they brought it to another dealer, had them fix half the problem and then tried to charge us half the price. They told us the truck was completely fixed...IT WAS NOT. The other dealership told us that they were told to fix just the one part they did. Ash pretty much told us to not bring the truck back to them. Now, the needed repairs are going to cost $3200 to fix...I went to buy another truck to avoid having to fix the one I had.I went there to purchase a reliable car and they sold a piece of junk and won't do anything to fix the problem. I would never return here and I will make sure that all my family, friends, customers and anyone that will listen to me knows how shady this group is. They are just out for a buck for themselves and don't care about their customer! More

Our experience with Troiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer was AMAZING! Between my husband and I, being military, we've bought several cars from all over the country and we've had some great and some terrible was AMAZING! Between my husband and I, being military, we've bought several cars from all over the country and we've had some great and some terrible experiences at car dealers. From the minute we pulled onto the lot at Toriano, we were greeted by Billy with no pressure and no bull! He listened to our needs, helped us out and found us the perfect 3rd vehicle for our house. Once inside, we discussed our options, again with NO pressure, worked a deal and bought the car. We were not unable to take the car that day off the lot because of an open service ticket. First thing the next morning, we received a call stating the service ticket was closed and we could come finalize the paperwork. No joke, we were in and out in less than an hour! AND, since my husband had duty the next day, they delivered the car to our house for us! Now that is true customer service! The entire staff were nice and friendly and the whole experience was smoother than any other car sales we've made! KUDOS Troiano!! We will recommend you and will be back for our service needs! I went to the dealership not expecting to leave happy. I don't have the best credit and didn't have a lot of money to put down. Dave G. sat with me and helped me get approved for a great car that I absolute don't have the best credit and didn't have a lot of money to put down. The car we test drove was beautiful but I didn't like Dave's attitude. He didn't seem to care whether or not he made a sale- and by that I don't mean he was laid back and let us think things over- he see Dave's attitude. He didn't seem to care whether or not he made a sale- and by that I don't mean he was laid back and let us think things over- he seemed annoyed by my questions, he wasn't willing to work with us on anything, he was being pulled in 5 different directions, he let us walk out the door when we couldn't come to an agreement (over something that probably would have only cost the dealership about $200). We had a scheduled test drive so he (or another salesman) should have had a block of time set aside for us. If his attitude wasn't so blah throughout the rest of the experience I wouldn't have even minded that he was so busy but the experience as a whole was terrible. I would never go back there. Oh, and he told me that he wasn't going to negotiate the price until I was sure I was seriously interested in the car. Call me crazy but price is an important factor when buying a car. I just looked at the dealership's website and I see that Dave is a finance manager, so now I'm even more confused as to why he was the one helping us. More
