I needed an oil change for my Accord and called for appt. I had the privilege to be assisted by AI program. I was able to get an appt. Aaron checked me in and elected to wait on my vehicle. While waiting we checked our CRV and noticed we needed an oil change for that vehicle also. We were able to get both vehicles in immediately. The wait for both vehicles was within expected time. Aaron service staff was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. At checkout we were able to use rewards program. Service advisor met me at my car before I turned off the engine and got out of the car. Very thorough with questions at car. Offered service options at his desk and didn't try to up sell anything.
