He slowly reeled me in with his humor making sure not to scare me away by being too aggressive. Oscar Gonzalez did a great job telling me that I was making a great choice and told me that Bob was the right person to sell me this car. Zack really worked with me to get me at a price point I was comfortable with, then Dylan took over and closed the deal with ease. Kevin had my car ready with a bow, and I’ve never had a bow on a car before so that was a real treat! He helped me learn my car, named Buffy the Road Slayer if you were wondering, and I felt confident as I maneuvered myself out of the dealership!
