Bait and switch I flew 1,600 miles down there to buy a car hauler that they had for all most year everyone new I was coming buy it. I got there and the ink wasn’t even dry yet I was in shock they sold it to someone else. To screw over a combat Veteran like that is terrible So then they tryed to sell me a truck I did not want , instead they flew me home 1,600 miles. Yes they apologized . Was it real I doubt it. So buyer beware if they do that to a veteran they will do it to a fire fighter or a policeman. It’s all about the dollars to this company. Thank More

My son kept bugging me about getting an auto loan but I I contacted David Harvey at Truckmasters for my 19 year old son who is a first time car buyer. My son kept bugging me about getting an auto loan but I wasn't sure how to go about getting him into a loan without a co-signer, very little down, lack of credit history but with a decent interest rate. My son has good credit but it's new credit so I didn't want a dealer to send his credit ap to 15 different lenders. David talked me through the process, explained they work with several lenders with great first time buyer programs and felt that one in particular might be a good fit. I felt confident that Truckmasters would take care of my son so I sent him in – after all we are not obligated to buy anything . We were shocked that the loan approval came back with 4.5%. They had the bank approval already at set terms so we didn’t need to worry about anyone calling us later and saying the deal didn’t get approved or they needed more money down. Truckmasters did everything they said they would. It helped that we did not expect a first time car buyer to walk out of there with a $50,000 lifted truck but Truckmasters (David & Lance) got my son into the perfect starter truck with only 60,000 miles. Perfect first truck at a low payment and something he can customize himself or pay for a year and then go back to Truckmasters with a trade in. Car buying experiences are never fun or easy but Truckmasters really did make it a smooth process. It made Mama happy and they took care of my son. More

Dishonest. I purchased a GAP policy through them 9 months ago. The loan was paid off and I cancelled the policy. They took forever to cancel the policy and refun I purchased a GAP policy through them 9 months ago. The loan was paid off and I cancelled the policy. They took forever to cancel the policy and refund me my money. The amount refunded was $103.91 short from what the issuing company sent to them to give back to me. Ironic that the person who 'handles' the refunds is never there. Avoid them at all costs. More

Way to go Truck Masters Team We just purchased a 2011 Ford F 350 from Lamar our salesman at the Truck Masters on Indian School. First, let me say our salesman Lamar was awesome!! We just purchased a 2011 Ford F 350 from Lamar our salesman at the Truck Masters on Indian School. First, let me say our salesman Lamar was awesome!!! He even took us to the Bell Road Dealership to make sure "we" got what "we" really wanted. The rest of the team at Truck Masters was super too! My husband and I hate to go buy a new vehicle because of being put in a little cubicle and pressured by sales managers or finance managers into buying a vehicle. Truck Masters never made us feel pressured and actually treated us like human beings! We would recommend Truck Masters to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and wants to be treated with respect! Also, the Head Mechanic was very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
