"Friendly people, willing to go that extra mile!" I got the truck of my dreams thanks to Randy Hill! I never felt "pressured" to purchase anything, he was patient with me, answered my questions and m I got the truck of my dreams thanks to Randy Hill! I never felt "pressured" to purchase anything, he was patient with me, answered my questions and made sure I was happy. I felt like I got a great deal and couldn't believe how easy and fast it was with all the paperwork! I had been wanting a new truck for some time, thank you Randy, for all your help in getting the truck of my dreams! I love it so much my husband isn't allowed to drive it! Lol! I also want to put a shout out to the Tire and Lube center too! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have an older vehicle with a lot of miles and they always explain what is going on, what may help to use on my engine etc....Jen and Don are the names that stand out, but there are two more that I don't recall their names. I needed trailer tires a week ago, last minute thing as I needed to use it the next day. Thanks to all the hard work Don did, he found the tires I needed and had it ready to be used right on time!!! That entire group of people can't be thanked enough, I will never go anywhere else! More

Terrible experience dealer just gives you the run around Contacted dealer to look at a recent arrival vehicle. Was told the earliest I could look at the truck was Thursday because it had to be cleaned and in Contacted dealer to look at a recent arrival vehicle. Was told the earliest I could look at the truck was Thursday because it had to be cleaned and inspected. Got a message from the dealer the someone was looking at the truck on Wednesday. I asked how that was possible because I was assured it wouldn't be ready to look at until Thursday. Don't waste your time with these guys. More

Ford Explorer XLT 4WD Specialist In 2016 we bought a 2014 Ford Edge from Shawn Mauldin. Recently, I was looking for a used Ford Explorer. I researched on line the different dealersh In 2016 we bought a 2014 Ford Edge from Shawn Mauldin. Recently, I was looking for a used Ford Explorer. I researched on line the different dealerships in the area and found Tubbs Brothers had two. I called Shawn because he did such a good job on our first car with him. Shawn setup a test drive. We traded our older 2013 Ford Edge for a 2018 Ford Explorer. Shawn is a great guy. Very friendly. Very helpful and answered our questions. He got things done. We had the service department put in a remote start as part of the deal. Shawn arranged for a courtesy car while the remote was put in. Shawn went the full extension of the sale.
