Derek Guiton at Tunkhannock Auto Mart was extremely helpful in finding the specific Dodge Grand Caravan that we were looking for our family. The van was pretty difficult to find but he was persistent and ended up finding and transferring the van. I was also impressed with the help from other salesmen when Derek was not available and it just shows the professionalism and caliber of Tunkhannock Auto Mart and their staff. Thank you!!!

sean steele went above and beyond what i am use to in a car sales man he help me right from the start keep me in mind worked out a deal that i was happy with made sure i was happy with what i was getting for the money i was spending i will be a tunkhannock auto mart custmer for life and will steer my family and freinds seans way i will also do my service in tunkhannock rather then in scranton, scranton dodge is 15 min from my home tunkhannock is about 40 mins but the way i was treated there ill go the extra miles to give them the bissness once agen i would like to thank sean steele for putting me in my new truck

I recently purchased a used vehicle from tunkhannock auto mart. I placed a email inquiry about a truck wed night and thursday morning Matt Kerr promptly got back to me. I had a specific price I needed to be at and Matt went above and beyond what I had figured. He didn't stop until he got me the lowest possible price and interest rate. I have never worked with anyone from there before but i am positively going back for my next vehicle. The whole atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. I was not hurried or hassled in my decision. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever endured.

Sean is great to deal with. He answered any questions I had, and if he didn't know, he found out the answer very quick. This is my 3rd ram truck and 4th vehical I have bought form him. Any chance I get, I tell my friends to go see him for a great deal.

As my local dealer was unwilling to do any work over the phone ("if you come in today we can sit down to discuss what rebates you qualify for and discuss financing options"), I researched myself who had the vehicle i wanted, and the closest (albiet still 2.5 hours away) was Tunkhannock Ram. I called & was helped promptly, professionally, and most importantly via the phone by Joe Dafcik. This was all handled within two days, from first call to pickup of the new truck. As I was under a time crunch (had to have it done for tax deduction reasons within 4 days, this was spectacular. Great job by Joe & Tunkhannock!!!!

I purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My 1st vehicle was a brand new 4 door jeep that leaked like a sive. It was at their dealership over 7 times for repair each time the problem was worse than before. It was never fixed. I traded the vehicle in on another brand. I needed a hitch put on since I have a small camper trailer. During the sale I asked if a factory hitch could be installed and was told no problem. Kelly went to the service dept got everything confirmed. I informed her I had a trip coming up in 3 weeks and needed it installed by then, again i was told noo problem. An installation date was set one week after. I was called a day prior to the installation and told they did not have the part and could not do the install. I did complain and I spoke with the sales dept Kelly which said she would take care of it. She called and said to bring it up at the scheduled time. I was told the installation would take 2 hours I sat there over 6hrs. At times I could see my vehicle on the lift with no one working on it. Well i get the vehicle and guess what they installed an aftermarket hitch without telling me or giving me any kind of warning. I didn't request an aftermarket hitch I was told it would be factory. I was lied to and deceived by these ppl. Also when I complained because it looked like crap, was not what I ordered and the cost would have been much lower than a factory hitch. I was told it was there was no difference in price due to it taking longer to install labor wise. What a joke I didn't request this type of hitch in the first place and there telling me due to labor there is no price difference. I planned on suing but not worth it from what I’m told. Watch for Kelly she seems so nice up front but all she has on her mind is cash and how best to take it from you.

Tunkhannock Auto Mart was great from start to finish. I inquired about a van through their website and received instant responses. I was referred to Matt Kerr who remained in email contact with me. He answered all my questions and gave me an idea of what he could do before I took the drive out to dealership.

I was the most impressed with his willingness to come in and meet with me on his day off. To me this said a lot about who he was even before I met him. I had a great experience with him from start to finish. He was able to fit me with a van that was in my price range. And even after we left the dealership, he called me once within the first half hour to let me know he had spoken to my insurance company to get my vehicle covered. And then called a few days later to make sure everything was going okay with my vehicle.

Based on my interaction with Matt, I would absolutely recommend that my friends and family visit Tunkhannock Auto Mart for their next vehicle.
