Completly Unprofessional Terrible experience. Left a deposit in a new jeep. it took the dealer 3 days to "locate" the car. I was told "good luck" trying to find this car somew Terrible experience. Dealership is dishonest, do not buy here bought a car from this dealership from out of state. Told I didn't need a certified check. first tried to up the price by 1,000, but they were caught bought a car from this dealership from out of state. Then tried to sell me an over inflated warranty. Then tried to tell me the 2mo/2K warranty was certified standard, even though Chrysler certified site clearly states 3mo/3K. Next issued me temp plate (illegal in MA)to drive home. Then would not release the Title, saying it was state policy to register the car for me (can't do that in MA). Then said they would not release Title because the check had not cleared (checked with bank check had cleared). Now they are saying that they have a company policy to wait 10 days before they surrender the title (except you have 7 days in NJ to register or you get a fine, and 10 days in MA or you get a fine).We are filing with the NJ attorney and the Better Business Bureau as well as Chrysler Corp. LLC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! More

Hidden $2500 warrenty, scam artist I bought a focus there which was great.I went to sign paperwork an my loan jumped $3700 because they added a hidden $2500 dollar and mandatory gap plu I bought a focus there which was great.I went to sign paperwork an my loan jumped $3700 because they added a hidden $2500 dollar and mandatory gap plus over chargeing fees.I spoke with the main GM and he told me here's a paper for refund figure it out, I was left to collect all my information and the dealers to try an return my $3700 from a third part company with no help from dealer.I also learned my trade was in auction next day before I even finished the deal with is illegal aswell as they would refuse to give me remaining paperwork which is also illegal.Scam artist aswell as they don't pay your payoff in a reasonable time.i know two other people who are in same situation two weeks apart.The lady in finance also just covered up the tracks telling people "They just move the numbers around to get you a better deal".
